All Plans Include:

• Updating the text.

• Updating photos/pictures.

• Changing/updating background image.

• Any amends which does not fit in the scope defined above will be considered as change request and Will be quoted separately.

• Monthly website backup. Hotel will provide a Drop box folder where the backups will be saved. 99% Uptime guarantee.

• ResNet shall not be responsible for any third party actions (e.g., spam, hacking, cracking, viruses, denial-of-service attacks), but will make best efforts to resolve the issues.

• Hardware firewalls, if required, will be charged separately.

• The Customer shall be responsible for safeguarding passwords and access data, and for its own firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware software. ResNet is not responsible in case of hacking of passwords and subsequent email communications or posting messages on website.

• The Customer may designate a unique contact person for communication with ResNet.

• If the website traffic gets tripled which creates subsequent load on the server and uses high bandwidth, ResNet will suggest the client to upgrade the server and amend the contract accordingly.

• All the data (files and database) will be kept within ResNet and will not be shared with competitors.

• If the update on the website exceeds more than plan hours, each amend will be charged on an hourly Rate of $30/ hour.
